Shipping Information

To offer maximum value to our customers, we provide a live connection to UPS and have them calculate shipping rates on your orders. BuyFireBlanket.com  does not charge any extra shipping or handling fee on any of the home survival kits, any of the car survival kits, any of the office survival kits or any other survival gear. Please expect your goods to arrive within 14-21 days from date of purchase. During off peak times, customers have received their orders in a much less time period. Please contact us and we can inform you better based on our current order and inventory volumes.

Demand for emergency preparedness food and supplies has raised significantly higher these last several months. Longer processing times throughout the industry are inevitable and our manufacturers are working harder than ever to ensure each order goes out as quickly as possible!

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. will ordinarily be shipped via UPS Ground. If items are shipped via the US Post Office to APO addresses or Post Office Boxes, an additional shipping charge of at least $14.95 may be assessed. Should that be the case, we will notify you prior to shipping.

The Free Shipping that is offered from time to time on the website only applies to orders that are shipped within the contiguous United States.  Alaska, Hawaii and orders outside of the United States are not eligable for the Free Shipping offer.

RETURNS

You may return items, in accordance with our return policy terms, if you are not 100% satisfied with any item you have ordered on BuyFireBlanket.com  for a full refund of the product price.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
  • Prior to returning any items, call us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
  • Every order returned or refused by the customer must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number to be processed or accepted.
  • Refund amount does not include shipping charges.
  • Any shipping and handling fee for the return of purchased item are at your expense.
  • Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping packaging.
  • Food and water type products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water type products will not be issued.
  • At SurvialKit.com we do NOT charge a restocking fee for any returned item.
  • After receiving the items, we refund your original method of payment for the amount of the order less any shipping charges that may apply.
  • Price Protection Policy: If an item you have purchased from BuyFireBlanket.com  goes on sale for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, BuyFireBlanket.com  will refund the difference.
  • Price Match Policy: if you find a lower price on an identical item currently available for sale at another competitor's store, BuyFireBlanket.com  will match that price and give you 10% of the difference. Just send us proof of advertised price at the time of, or within 14 days after, your purchase.
